Congratulations Guild Class of 2009! Class of 2009 Guild members, Dana Schmelzle, Chris Sampson, Angela Narducci, Dacid Hogan, Angie Hickman and David Geiger accept their awards. Guild attendees were entertained by numerous guest speakers including Joe Hammen of CSO, Bill Brauch of the Iowa Attorney General's office and Bernie Saggau, former Director of the IHSAA.

Really trying to use the skills from your course I attended a couple of weeks ago. Today, went through the meet and greet, fact finding, test drive, a couple closes on the test drive. No firm commitment. "Is there anything stopping you from buying this car today if we can agree on a price?" "No, if we can get a good deal.", they answered. I turned my paper over and asked them to help me with the options. They got very excited about the seat being able to go up and down and being able to change the radio station on the steering wheel. Two options I take for granted. They were smiling and almost jumping out of the chairs. That sealed the deal. The rest was easy.
